Return & Refund Policy

At Terre du Terroir, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In its original condition — unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (fresh plants, cut flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Customized or personalized products

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support at returns@terreduterroir.shop within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA)
  4. Securely package your item and ship it to the address provided

4. Return Shipping

  • Defective or damaged items: We cover the return shipping cost
  • Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method — Terre du Terroir is not responsible for lost return packages

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refund issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after the return is approved
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

6. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@terreduterroir.shop with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
