Thank you for shopping at Terre du Terroir. We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently, wherever you are in the world.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped

3. International Shipping
We are proud to ship worldwide. International shipping is available to most countries.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
Terre du Terroir is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
5. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and destination. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking status
- For packages marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date
- We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
9. Restricted Items
Some products (particularly live or fresh botanical items) may be restricted for shipment to certain countries due to agricultural regulations. If your order contains a restricted item, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.
